Subscription, Refund, and Cancellation Terms

Pricing, subscription, no-refund, cancellation, receipt, and failed-payment terms for ClaimAnchor purchases.

1. 1. Products

ClaimAnchor offers one-time products and recurring subscriptions. Intake is $79 one-time. The Intake Bundle is $99 one-time, includes 30 days of Claim Guide Starter access, and converts to Starter on Day 31 unless you cancel before then.

Recurring subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Starter is $59/mo, Plus is $99/mo, Pro is $179/mo, Premium is $349/mo, and Organizer is a lighter retention tier after paid access.

2. 2. Auto-renewal disclosure

Recurring subscriptions auto-renew at the displayed cadence until you cancel. Your stored payment method is charged at the start of each new period.

For the Intake Bundle, the Day 31 conversion is a recurring Starter subscription charge unless canceled before conversion.

3. 3. How charges work

One-time purchases are charged immediately. Subscriptions are charged at the start of each billing period. Upgrades unlock higher caps immediately when Stripe confirms the change; downgrades take effect at the end of the current paid period.

All charges are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms. ClaimAnchor does not see or store your full payment-card number. The receipt for each charge is emailed to the email address on your account.

4. 4. Refunds

ClaimAnchor does not provide refunds on subscription payments or on Intake purchases.

If you cancel a subscription mid-cycle, your access continues to the end of your paid period; you are not refunded for unused time. If a charge is made in error, email support@getclaimanchor.com immediately so we can investigate the billing error.

5. 5. How to cancel

Cancellation is available through your account and the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then.

ClaimAnchor does not require phone calls, hold time, or multi-step pressure screens to cancel.

6. 6. Failed payments and past-due accounts

If a payment fails, Stripe retries according to its dunning schedule and your account can move to past-due status. A failed or declined checkout does not grant a new entitlement.

After unresolved failed retries, the account transitions to inactive or unpaid access. You can resolve the issue by updating your payment method.

7. 7. Data after cancellation

After a subscription ends, your account moves to unpaid access and your data is retained or deleted according to the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.

You may request deletion at /legal/data-deletion or by emailing support@getclaimanchor.com from the email associated with your account.
